These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Viridian Roleplay ("Viridian," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, Discord server, Discord applications or bots, FiveM server, community systems, digital items, subscriptions, donations, paid perks, and related services. By accessing or using Viridian, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use Discord, FiveM, and any other platforms required to access Viridian in your country. You are responsible for complying with Discord's Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer policies, FiveM/Cfx.re rules, Rockstar Games policies, and all applicable laws.
2. Community Access
Access to Viridian is a revocable privilege, not a right. We may deny, suspend, restrict, remove, or ban any user at any time for rule violations, safety concerns, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, harassment, exploitation, staff impersonation, evasion, or conduct we determine is harmful to the community.
3. Roleplay Rules and Staff Decisions
You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, whitelist requirements, character standards, department policies, and roleplay expectations. Staff decisions may include warnings, kicks, bans, asset removal, character wipes, economy changes, account restrictions, or other moderation action.
4. Digital Items, Perks, Donations, and Purchases
Any paid items, packages, subscriptions, donations, boosts, credits, vehicles, housing, cosmetics, priority access, business perks, role benefits, or similar benefits are digital entertainment features for use only within Viridian. They have no cash value, are not investments, are not property, are not transferable unless we expressly allow it, and do not create ownership rights in any game asset, server asset, account, data, or intellectual property.
We may rebalance, modify, replace, suspend, remove, wipe, or discontinue any digital item, perk, economy feature, server feature, or paid benefit at any time for gameplay balance, technical reasons, legal reasons, platform requirements, abuse prevention, server health, or community management.
5. No Refunds Policy
All purchases, donations, subscriptions, paid perks, and digital item transactions are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that digital access or benefits may be delivered immediately and that you waive any right to cancel or request a refund except where a refund is required by applicable law.
No refund will be owed because you changed your mind, stopped playing, were banned or suspended, lost access due to rule violations, experienced server downtime, disagreed with staff action, experienced a wipe or economy change, had an item rebalanced, failed to read the description, purchased the wrong package, or no longer want the benefit.
We may, in our sole discretion, review exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, verified unauthorized transactions, or payment-processing errors. Any discretionary review does not create a refund obligation and does not waive this no-refunds policy.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, or similar payment challenge without first contacting us about a billing error, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to Viridian and remove any related digital benefits. Fraudulent or abusive payment activity may result in a permanent ban.
7. No Uptime or Feature Guarantee
Viridian is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, launch dates, server uptime, specific features, economy values, item availability, department availability, or continued operation of any service.
8. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for your messages, usernames, character names, images, videos, voice chat, roleplay, applications, reports, and other content. You may not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, explicit, malicious, or harmful content. You grant us permission to use submitted content as needed to operate, moderate, promote, document, and improve Viridian.
9. Discord Applications and Bots
Viridian may use Discord applications or bots for moderation, applications, role management, logs, support, tickets, roadmap updates, community features, and server operations. You may not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, spam, or interfere with these systems.
10. Intellectual Property
Viridian names, logos, branding, website content, documentation, community materials, custom server configuration, original graphics, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, rehost, impersonate, or misuse them without permission.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Viridian is independent and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, or Discord. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viridian and its owners, staff, moderators, developers, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items, loss of access, server downtime, moderation action, or community disputes.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Viridian after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
